Brandy Flip

2 oz brandy

1 whole egg

1 tsp superfine sugar

1/2 oz light cream

1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

 

Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
