 This shop owner is a Taiwanese and whatever they are serving here are only original Taiwan local dishes.  Even most of the ingredients such asthe oysters,  and the seasonings are imported from Taiwan to maintain the original taste of the food.  For those who are fancy of pure Taiwan local food, do come over and try the sweet, juicy and fresh oyster noodles and home made taiwan sausage.  They also serve the fragrant and refreshing Taiwan Pearl Milk Tea using green and red tea leaves.
