Ikan Panggang Petaling Street

This Portugese Baked Fish has always been my favourite.  The fish and other seafood at your choice are wrapped in aluminium foil together with spicy assam sambal and baked on charcoal fire.  As it is wrapped inside the foil during the baking, the seafood and assam flavour are still within the foil.  Once it was cooked,and ready to be served, you can smell the fragrant of chilli, fish and belacan around you.  For those who cannot take spicy food, the fish and seafood can be baked using Shiu-Hsing wine and ginger.  You’ll definately sweat on it!!!
