Pudu Fried Rice Cake (Chow Kuey)

 Just for the fried rice cake, people can come all the way to Jalan Sayor, Pudu and queue for it! If you are late, come again next day as it finished very fast.  Why is it so tasty?  The rice cake is freshly made, not too hard nor sticky and the testure just nice for frying.  It takes many many years of experience to fried this rice cake and the boss just know the trick.  It even better than the fried rice cake that I had at Penang.  Don’t believe me, just try it and you’ll see….
