This stall is only serving salted chicken.  You may call to make your order or you may try your luck to buy from the shop direct as the owner is cooking around 20 chicken a day.  The chicken used are medium size.  Chinese herbs are put into the chicken for flavour and the whole chicken is marinated with salt before it is wrapped with aluminium foil for cooking.  Since a medium size chicken as used, the meat are tender and the taste are just nice and not too salty.  As for me, I will just pack for my dinner and eat together with white rice.
