This restaurant serves Hookien fried dishes and its famous for its fried sweet potato starch, one of the unique Hokkien dish. Even the restaurant is isolated and no fancy decoration, yet this restaurant is famous among the local because of its unique tasty Hokkien style dishes which you may not get it easily else where. The cook use China imported sweet potat starch and mixed it with salt and water before moulding it into huge pieces. The sweet potato starch pieces is then steamed and refrigerated. The it is cooled, it is cut into small pieces and fried with pork, fresh prawns and mushroom. This dish is really hard to come by and worth trying.
